Do I need council approval to build a new home, extension or renovation?
Yes. New homes, extensions and most major renovations require council approval, also known as building certification.
Can you organise building certification?
Michael Duncan Constructions Pty Ltd has experience managing the building process from certification through to final handover. We can assist in organising certification to help keep your project running smoothly.
